Insurance & Payment

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to confirm coverage for your specific plan before your first visit. Self-pay and cash-pay options are also available.

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Evening and urgent appointments available by request.

New Patient Checklist

Bring a list of current medications, your insurance card, a photo ID, and any referral forms from your referring provider. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.

Location & Parking

Located at 311 North Street in the heart of White Plains. Street parking is available on surrounding blocks. The office is easily accessible by car and public transit.
